Carreño Group, Inc. was conceived more than 16 years ago in Chicago by founding partner Hector Carreño who launched one of the first Latino-specific public relations and government affairs firms in the U.S. Hector took his corporate and governmental communications expertise and paired it with his unique Latin cultural understanding as building blocks for the newly born company shortly thereafter, the then 3-person firm landed the agency’s first national account for Miller Brewing Company.

Our team has grown since then and  is made up of market experts from diverse backgrounds, including creative agencies, Latino marketing and advertising agencies, trade associations, governmental institutions and the corporate sector.  Our team combines their expertise and establsihed relationships to achieve results for our clients.
